Meet Our Founder

Danny Marquez, PLS

Danny Marquez, is the founder of Sentinel Land Surveying and brings extensive experience in survey computations, mapping, and project management across Southern California.

His work is rooted in precision, responsibility, and long-term impact, ensuring that every map, boundary, and deliverable is accurate, defensible, and built to stand the test of time.

“It’s not about being the first to cross the path, but about leaving a footprint for the next generation to follow. When I earned my license, a respected surveyor reminded me that licensure isn’t the end of the journey, it’s the beginning of a lifelong commitment to learning. With that comes a responsibility not only to grow, but to pass that knowledge on to the next generation of Land Surveyors.”

This principle reflects Danny’s approach to surveying: not just completing a project, but creating work that others can rely on with confidence.

With a strong background in subdivision mapping and a deep understanding of local agency requirements, Danny ensures that every project meets the highest professional standards.
